Conceived in 2021 by an HR Professional who noticed a growing negative trend in the workforce, Guiding Hands Recruiting is a division of Guiding Hands Editing, a small business founded by a Recruiter who edited resumes and cover letters as a part of their services. Upon receiving countless inquiries about job openings and learning first hand from job seekers about key challenges in the job market, it was realized that there were hiring challenges on both sides, for jobseekers and employers. 

Guiding Hands Recruiting seeks to help tackle this problem by providing useful tips and valuable resources to connect top talent with employers, and for employers to learn more about the impactful challenges in the job market to streamline their hiring processes.
